BANNER: Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake says she’ll find money in the budget to keep the Charm City Circulator Banner Route. The route, running from Ft. McHenry to the Inner Harbor was slated to be cut alongside other reductions to Circulator service. Service will be reduced to just weekday peak hours, with longer waits between busses.
